I have a wonderful new colouring page to share with you today.
This Chinese dragon is the same one I made for a puppet (you can see it in this post).
I put it on a scallop pattern background (some people call it fish scales or mermaid scales).
What I love about this pattern is that your kiddos can create some really cool effects depending on which colours they choose. For example they could use different but related cool colours (or warm colours) to create a pattern or a beautiful gradient effect.
If your students colour their dragons in bright vibrant colours, then shades of gray and black in the background could really help the dragons pop.
