I have a fun little activity to share with you today. It’s a Lucky Charms Find, Color and Count sheet.
This little activity is awesome for reinforcing basic math skills (counting), as well as encouraging color identification and attention to detail.
It’s perfect for preschoolers or kindergartners.
I’ve included a color and black/white version.
In case you’ve never come across these before, it’s real simple.
Directions for Lucky Charms Find, Color and Count
- Look carefully at the picture of Lucky Charms cereal.
- Count how many pieces there are of each shape.
- Record the number of pieces for each shape in the corresponding boxes at the bottom
- Color the picture next to each image to match the cereal pieces!
If you decide to use the black and white version then you could have your child color all the cereal shapes, being sure to keep the same shapes the same color
