Inside: My favourite teacher podcasts.
Hello! This week I thought I'd share what I think are the best podcasts!
I've been an avid podcast listener for a couple of years now and I definitely have my favourites: some teaching related and some not ('cause it's important to shake it up a bit, right?).
My first pick is Angela Watson's Truth for Teachers podcast. I just started listening to this one a few weeks ago and I'm very impressed with her honesty and thoughtfulness.
Every Sunday Angela releases a new episode "to speak life, encouragement, and truth into the minds and hearts of educators".
I'm always inspired by Angela and I think you will be, too!

I've also really been enjoying The Cult of Pedagogy by Jennifer Gonzale.
Jennifer shares a number of diverse topics and interviews "educators, students, administrators and parents about the psychological and social dynamics of school, trade secrets, and other juicy things you’ll never learn in a textbook. Other episodes feature me on my own, offering advice on ways to make your teaching more effective and more fun."
All her episodes are reflective and thought-provoking. Be sure to check her out!

Barbara and her guests focus their discussions around kindness, compassion and character development.
Each episode is relatively short but after every listen I always come away feeling inspired.

Her podcast focuses on kindness, empathy and compassion. Morgane interviews a variety of world renowned educational leaders: Her podcast is full of real-life stories and practical advice.

Love to Sew by Helen and Caroline is so much fun that I can't wait to listen to it each week. These Vancouver ladies are giggly and energetic and share a TON of fabulous sewing advice. I've been sewing since I was a teenager but I always learn something new and wonderful when I listen to them.

Because I like to create and sell clip art, I also love to listen to Ian, Lisa, Tom and Dustin talk about all aspects of the creative online business world. This show gives you "a transparent look into life as a modern designer."
Along with all the laughs, there's also tons of good thoughtful advice.

So there you have it: My best and favourite podcast picks.
What do YOU like to listen to?
