Free Blinkie!

Hey there!

I have a little blinkie for you:)  If you click on the image it will take you to my other blog where you're more than welcome to grab it.

I haven't been posting much the last week because I've been sick again with bronchitis but I THINK, MAYBE, I'm finally on the mend. I visited my naturopath yesterday and she gave me some goodies that seem to be working.  And if they DO work, then I can avoid my third round of antibiotics in 3 months ~ sheesh! This is getting to be a bit ridiculous.
But on to happier topics.  Even tho' I'm really late in the game, I wanted to let you know that I bought this fabulous book the other day (on the recommendation of many wonderful bloggers) and I absolutely LOVE it!

I got a little choked up when I read it ~ it's THAT good!  I'm going to read it to my class next week and I don't even care that Valentine's is over. It just has such a beautiful message.

Have a healthy, happy weekend!

  1. Barbara,
I ran out of time on Valentine's Day so I read this book the next day. Then I had my students write kind letters to adults at our school (principal, secretary, nurse, etc.). The letters were beautiful and this is something I will continue to do. This book is truly inspiring!

  3. I hope that you are on the mend soon. This winter's bug is so nasty for so many people. Somebody Loves you Mr Hatch is one of my husband's favourite storybooks. It will work perfectly for anti-bullying day. I was going to add it to PPBF, but it has just been too zoo-like to think straight, much less blog, around here. Hoping life calms down a bit after report cards are finished.

  10. I LOVE that book as well and read it every year! Did you know it's on Storyline Online? It helps me out, as it's a long book, and I'm always tired by the end, lol!
